When you begin taking inbound customer service calls for the company of your choice, essentially, you will have your own call center in the comfort at home. You choose which company to work for and the pay rate is based on the client you choose. You choose how much you work and have the option of full-time or part-time. 

 

Day-to-day, you will log into your computer and the clients systems and respond to the calls that come directly into your phone line. You answer the phone as if you are in an office call center. Our corporate client's customers are happy because they can speak to a live person and it gives people that can’t work outside the home the  flexibility they need - PLUS the opportunity to be in business for themselves and make a living!

The ideal candidates are self-motivated, disciplined and have some basic working knowledge of computers and technology. You can even complete your training while you continue to work another part-time job. GDI Global Resources is actively recruiting hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic, clean background and some call center, customer service, or sales experience - however, no experience is necessary or required.
